FIRST: Find a birthday package and project below that makes the Birthday kid dang happy.

SECOND: Fill out the form to book your party.

WHEN CAN BIRTHDAY PARTIES HAPPEN AT ART HUB?
Birthday parties can be booked whenever the classroom is free. It’s best to plan ahead so no classes will be scheduled during that time. They can happen mornings, afternoon, and evenings.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A BIRTHDAY PACKAGE?
Each package includes:

An experienced Instructor to guide the party through their project. We do everything! You get to enjoy the party!

A fun happy classroom space to celebrate the Birthday Person.

A bit of decoration: An awesome Happy Birthday banner AND a Birthday Chair for the Birthday kiddo to sit in during Birthday celebrations.

Plates, silverware, napkins, glasses, and organic lemonade (We use eco-friendly products, no plastic)
-
A finished piece of artwork to take home (exceptions with clay that needs to be fired. Those will need to be picked up later)

WHAT ISN’T INCLUDED:
Cake or Birthday Dessert. BUT you can bring that in and we have all the stuff to serve it. Other food and snacks are welcome.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN COME TO MY BIRTHDAY PARTY?
The most we can have at one time for a party is 12-15 people. Below parties are priced for 12 party goers. If ther are more or less give us a call.

DEPOSIT: We require a deposit for half the amount when booking the party and the rest can be paid the day of.

WHAT IF I HAD ANOTHER PROJECT I REALLY WANTED TO DO THAT IS NOT OFFERED BELOW?
Give us a call! If we have the skills, we can probably do it. (We have LOTS of skills in the Art Hub Community)

A big fan of the whimsical fantastical or dragons? This is the party for you! All the party goers get to create their very own dragon egg! What would your dragon egg look like? Would your egg be full of shiny objects? Would your egg have a pattern on it? After a little thought about design we will use air dry clay, beads, jewels and stones, buttons, and much more to create everyone's dream dragon egg! There will be plenty of time for celebration and birthday treats. (The eggs take 24 hours to dry, they can be taken home in a box after the party to dry)

PUPPET MASTERY
Step into a world of imagination and creativity with a puppet-making adventure! During this party kids will have the chance to create their very own marionette puppets and bring them to life with their imagination using a variety of mediums. The puppets combine painting/drawing, collage techniques, and assemblage. There will be plenty of time for Birthday treats and puppeteering fun. Everyone gets to take their puppets home at the end of the party.

BLOW PAINTING
Just as much as everyone likes to blow out the candles they will like creating their paint blowing masterpieces. Once they have blown their shapes onto their paper using straws, their mouths, and liquid paint they just need to dry a bit. Then they can take sharpies and googly eyes to turn these shapes into their monsters, bugs, or self-portraits. It’s a fun silly time perfect to celebrate any little birthday kiddo! A break will be taken to enjoy birthday treats and lemonade. At the end of the party everyone can take their blow art home.

CLAY DISH
Another party opportunity to get your hands in clay! Each party goer will get a pre rolled slab to cut their desired dish shape, and then they get to pick out textures and stamps to make it really their own. When their slab masterpieces are almost done we can add a foot to it and give it some height. After about 90 min of getting our hands dirty we will take a break to celebrate the Birthday person with desserts and presents while our dishes dry a bit. Once tummies are full we will spend the last 30 min glazing to make our masterpieces have some color. Pieces will be ready for pick up 3-4 weeks after the party.

GLAZE IT UP
The magic of glaze! Choose from over 20 figurines and functional wares including hand thrown and handbuilt orignal pieces to glaze. With each glaze stroke you will be creating memeries and a masterpiece! You get to make it unique and give it life with color!
(Pieces will be available for pick up 2-3 weeks after party.)

SHRINKY DINKS
Who doesn’t LOVE shrinky dinks? Always a mystery and always fun. Party Goers each get to design and make their own creations using shrinky dinks. Whether they want to make earrings, necklaces, key chains, or little miniature masterpieces it will be a fun time had by all. While all the creations are baking everyone can enjoy the dessert treats and presents. We will spend the last 30 min assembling and creating final pieces to take home. Each party goer will get three pieces of hardware to choose from (necklace, earrings, and keychain) to turn their shrinky dinks into wearable art, and any shrinky dinks created goes home after the party.

CLAY CACTUS
FINALLY a Cactus you can’t kill! These super cute clay plants are so fun to make! Each party goer gets a little slab to use for their creation. We have many cactus templates to choose from (or make your own shape), then carve it, texture it, stamp it to make it unique and yours. Once the shapes are finished we will take a little break to let them dry while everyone enjoys birthday treats. Then we get to get back at it and give them color by glazing it. We will fire it and then assemble it in a little 2 inch pot with stone to hold it in place for you to pick up 3-4 weeks later.

FAIRY HOUSES
Here’s a party for little fingers that love to paint, collage, decorate, and put things together. The instructor will guide them through creating their own little fairy house using a variety of mediums. They will take a break for birthday treats and celebrations. The other fun part? The party creates a VILLAGE of fairy houses that will all be set up at the end for some photos. Each party goer takes home their fairy house at the end of the party.

CLAY FISH AQUARIUM
A muddy good time party goers will transform a slab of clay into a magical fish aquarium wall hanging. An Instructor will teach them the slab building techniques needed to use with their imagination to create their one of a kind fish aquarium. They will take a break for birthday celebrations while their aquariums dry a bit before they give them live with the color of glaze. Pieces will be ready for pick up 3-4 weeks after party.

A COILING GOOD TIME
While enjoying each other’s company the party goers will be taught how to make coils and use those coils to make a small pot. After rocking and rolling for about 90 min we will take a break to celebrate with cake and presents. Then back to the pieces to paint them with glaze. The pottery will be available for pick up 3-4 weeks after the party.

HANDBUILDING FIGURINE
Each party goer will have fun learning how to create their very own figurine to take home. After the figurines are made (about 90 min) the party takes a break to eat cake and open presents before getting back to work decorating their figurine with glaze. Their masterpieces will be available for pick up 3-4 weeks after the party.

MINI PRINTMAKING
Printmaking at it’s funnest. Learning how to create your own unique stamp is fun, sharing that experience and stamp with your friends is a party to remember. The party goers carve patterns and simple images into a little pink eraser and that becomes the coolest stamp creating amazing little mini prints. Combine those with your friends and have a collaborative piece to remember the experience. Each party goer will get one of their mini prints matted to take home.

YES! We do have them and they are SUPER FUN! We even have delicious adult beverages here for you to enjoy. All the projects above are available, we highly recommend the clay ones. Also the mini print is pretty fantastic for adults. OR if there is something you would like, call us! We will try to make it happen!
